100 miles. 100 kids. 1 mission tagline

100 miles. 200,000 steps.

All in a day (or two’s) work for Lou Fragoso, Manning Family Children’s President and CEO, who is training to run the Leadville Trail 100 Run, one of the toughest ultramarathons in the country. The endeavor will take him through the heart of the Rocky Mountains. It is no easy endeavor, but Lou knows what it’s like to face tough challenges, and to persevere. Lou’s passion for running and wellness is fueled by the courage and strength he sees in the patients cared for at Manning Family Children’s each day.

100 miles. 100 kids. 1 mission. A message from Lou Fragoso

“One day, the mountain that is in front of you will be so far behind, it will barely be visible in the distance. But the person you become in learning to get over it… that will stay with you forever. And that is the point of the mountain.” – Brianna Wiest
